A Typical Timeline with Sparrow Weddings & Events:
12+ months out: You’ve booked us! (Yay!) We kick off with a deep-dive planning meeting to map out your vision, priorities, and non-negotiables. You get access to your custom planning portal, and we start sourcing the best vendor team for you.
9 months out: Design phase in full swing. From colour palettes to floor plans, this is where the magic starts taking shape.
6 months out: Confirmations, contracts, deposits and decisions. We keep everything ticking behind the scenes while you enjoy being engaged.
3 months out: Logistics lock-in time. Timelines, RSVPs, seating plans - we handle the stress so you don’t have to.
1 month out: Final confirmations, run sheet approval, and prep for the big weekend.
Wedding Week: We’re in full swing, running the rehearsal, touching base with vendors, and making sure every detail is seamless.
Wedding Day: You wake up and sip mimosas. We handle everything else.
