Let me introduce you to Wedding Management. An extension of the old idea of ‘Day-Of Coordinator’ this is a seamless, fully-supported planning journey for couples who are confident in their organisational ability and have a clear vision for their wedding day, but want a professional to minimise the workload in the weeks leading up to, and on, the big day.

1. Let’s Be Friends - Complete the Contact Form below, and if it sounds like a match made in heaven, we’ll schedule a coffee (or wine!) date so you can tell me about your ideas and I can answer all your questions. No obligations, just a chance to get to know each other better.
2. Save the Date - Yay!! You were made to be a Sparrow couple! Now let’s make sure your date is safe and secure so we can make this dream a reality. We’ll send you a custom online booking proposal where you can review your package and pay your deposit to make everything officially official! That’s when we’ll give you your very own space within our online planning portal and hand over our exclusive resources so you can do your thing. Don’t worry, we’ll be in contact every couple of months to answer your questions, provide help with anything you’re stuck on, and generally keep things moving along :)
3. Synchronise Watches! - With three months to go we morph into your full-service planner! You'll download all the nitty gritty about your wedding day to the Sparrow team during our handover meeting. You talk, we listen. Then we get to work by liaising with your vendors, creating your timeline, and taking all the last-minute tasks off your plate. You get to swan about with your tribe, drinking celebratory wines, and high-fiving yourself for making this very wise decision :)
4. Your Wedding Day - It’s time to celebrate, relax, and let us really get to work! The Sparrow team will be on-site keeping everything running smoothly and ensuring the only thing you and your loved ones have to do is pop the champagne. No early morning set-up lugging furniture around for you, and definitely no phone calls to deal with trying to solve a vendor’s last minute problems!
