Maybe you need a little more than our Management service, and would love to have us take care of the trickier, more time-consuming parts of planning your wedding. Management Plus is perfect for those who are confident in planning the logistics of their wedding, but not so sure how to go about bringing their style vision to life. This has everything included in Management, plus a custom budget plan, personalised to your needs, and full-service on all the styled elements of your wedding - Design Concept, Colour Palette, Cake, Florals, Rentals & Decor, and Stationery.
It’s especially perfect for those who have booked a ‘dry hire’ venue - sourcing and booking every piece of furniture, all the plates, cutlery, and glassware on-site is no easy feat. Then you have the practical needs such as power, toilets, and kitchen equipment on top of it all. Management Plus is your go-to where you can literally plus-up your experience and have all the details taken care of!

1. Let’s Be Friends - Complete the Contact Form below, and if it sounds like a match made in heaven, we’ll schedule a coffee (or wine!) date so you can tell me about your ideas and I can answer all your questions. No obligations, just a chance to get to know each other better.
2. Save the Date - Yay!! You were made to be a Sparrow couple! Now let’s make sure your date is safe and secure so we can make this dream a reality. We’ll send you a custom online booking proposal where you can review your package and pay your booking fee to make everything officially official!
3. Let the Planning Begin - You go do your thing, and I get to work, hooking you into our online planning portal, working up design concepts, and securing some of the best vendors in town for you. I’ll be working my magic on budget plans, timelines, and seating charts, and you and I will get together on the regular to make decisions and keep things moving.
4. Your Wedding Day! - It’s time to celebrate, relax, and let us really get to work! The Sparrow team will be on-site keeping everything running smoothly and ensuring the only thing you and your loved ones have to do is pop the champagne. We invest a biiiig chunk of our time and love into focusing on the details and making it happen, so you don’t have to.
